Updates

What's new in TicketAssist AI: new features, improvements and fixes, newest first.

  1. October 2026 update

Bring your own AI key, more on the Free plan, tickets by DM and in private threads, and a tidier dashboard.

    Tickets

    • Tickets by DM: members message the bot, pick a server, and a ticket opens.
    • Private-thread tickets: tickets can open as private threads instead of channels.
    • Close on leave: a ticket closes automatically if the member who opened it leaves the server.
    • AI closes solved tickets: when a member confirms the problem is fixed, the ticket closes after a short delay, with a Keep open button.
    • Close reasons, ticket bans and moving tickets between topics.
    • Staff handover note: when the AI passes a ticket on, it posts what the customer wants and what the AI already did.
    • Transcript links, ratings, low-rating alerts, office hours and VIP members.

    AI

    • Bring your own AI key (Pro and above): connect your own provider key. Replies on your key don't use your monthly AI messages.
    • AI support channels, suggested staff replies, live translation for staff and known issues (Pro and above).
    • Knowledgebase import from links and files, and AI-written articles from answered questions.
    • Secret and API key detection, and keyword auto-replies that work before setup and match plurals.

    Free plan

Secret and API key detection, low-rating alerts, office hours, a 7-day analytics view and 7 days of transcript history are now included.

    Dashboard

    • A shorter sidebar, with AI key, Notifications and Data & privacy as tabs under Settings.
    • A setup guide, notifications by webhook or email, and data retention controls.

    Billing and rewards

    • A free 7-day Pro trial, yearly billing (two months free), AI message top-ups and referrals.
    • The Daily Reward wheel and vote rewards. Every spin wins.
